Are you looking for a new challenge as a Project Manager at an international design studio? Do you feel at home in an international team, where you really are a part of the company culture? In this role, you are the point of contact for both our customers and our designers, and you do everything you can to link the right people to a project. You are a skilled organizer and are in charge of all schedules and budgets. You notice patterns, come up with creative improvements and you work with the right designers. You empower your teammates throughout the process, making sure that everyone enjoys the projects as much as possible. You are a good negotiator who always knows what is going on and who is doing what, on the customer side as well. Together with the team, you strive for the best possible result within the agreed upon time and budget, while you prevent the workload within the team from becoming too high.

About you

A small selection of our wishes, but we are open to people with very different competencies.
- Technical or Economic HBO or university degree with at least 2-5 years’ work experience
- Supplemented with a project management training or course, such as Prince 2 or Lean six sigma
- You have experience with creative design processes
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Business minded and a star in managing your stakeholders
- Familiar with writing hours within projects
- You have previously delivered projects within time and budget
- You are open to travel up to 20% of your time

Mijksenaar is a design and consultancy agency specialized in wayfinding. In our studio on the Amsterdam canals, our international team analyzes and designs solutions for a large and varied audience. For example, we help travelers find their way in major international airports, we guide tourists and residents through the most beautiful streets of a city and we let children determine their way in the zoo around the corner.
