About the job

A highly organised and personable Producer who is passionate about creative production and committed to delivering exceptional stills and motion post-production projects. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building trusted relationships with clients, creatives and internal teams while balancing creative ambition with commercial objectives. This role requires outstanding communication, organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, think proactively and consistently deliver work to the highest studio standards.

Responsibilities

  • Owns end-to-end project management of INK stills and motion post-production projects, delivering high-quality outcomes across high-volume client accounts, photographer- and director-led advertising campaigns, and editorial productions.
  • Leads projects through all stages of the workflow, ensuring requirements are met with precision, efficiency and creativity while adhering to studio standards, processes, deadlines and client expectations.
  • Accurately interprets and communicates client briefs to creative and operations teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, translated into actionable tasks and delivered in line with client expectations.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of each client's creative vision, brand guidelines and project objectives, accurately interpreting briefs and proactively clarifying requirements where needed. Ensures all deliverables are rigorously quality checked, consistently meeting client expectations and INK's creative, technical and production standards.
  • Owns detailed client-facing project schedules from initiation through to final delivery, proactively maintaining and communicating updates as projects progress.
  • Independently manages timelines, identifies risks and dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Coordinates the quoting of new projects, producing accurate estimates in line with company rate cards and agreed project scope. Proactively tracks project costs and communicates overages or scope changes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Leads project admin, updating all of INK tools & software throughout project duration, including timely project billing in line with INK processes.
  • Facilitates the creative process by fostering strong relationships with creatives, directors and photographers through effective communication and collaboration. Seeks creative solutions that enable their vision whilst balancing budget requirements and the commercial interests of INK.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative and forward-thinking approach within the wider global Production team, supporting colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement and the achievement of company goals.
  • Work closely with the Head of Studio to allocate resources across projects, balancing workloads, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Supports the effective planning, scheduling and communication of retoucher workloads to maximise studio efficiency, optimise resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Monitor studio capacity and proactively identify potential resource constraints, working with the Head of Studio to resolve scheduling conflicts.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover between October 2026-June 2027, position based in our Amsterdam studios.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, creatives and internal teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience preparing project estimates, managing budgets and communicating scope changes or overages.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects and systems.
  • Experience using project management and production software to manage schedules, resources and project administration.
