About the job
Who are you?
A progressive designer with imagination. Our clients innovate the world of tomorrow; we are looking for someone who can depict that well. As a full-time visual designer with a passion for motion design; you are specialized in creating visual identities, campaigns, and digital environments. You are an essential part of the creative team, and you enjoy thinking at an early stage about how brand stories come to life even better through your skills. And, last but not least, at Multitude we value everyone's unique (cultural) background, talent and contribution. Although your experience and expertise are important, we encourage content specialists of color or LGBTQ + to apply.
About you
You have affinity with our mission, you have preferably gained experience at other creative agencies and you enjoy working in a creative environment.
What we expect from you:
- You are creative and can generate ideas & concepts
- You are able to convert our cases and vision into designs that hit the right note
- You have experience with the entire design process, from debrief to concept to development.
- You can bring brands to life through typography, graphic and motion design.
- You see the bigger picture and you can take others with you
- You have persuasiveness; you are able to get us (internal) and others (external) on the basis of insights and facts with new ideas, presentations & concepts
- You have completed a graphics / multimedia MBO or HBO education
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience as a designer
- You are good at design software, you are a digital thinker, and you know how to bring identities to life through motion.
- You enjoy working with illustrators, content creators, programmers and printers
- You can plan your work well, keep track, and meet deadlines (really_really_final_def_V2.aep)

Will you work with us?

- We inspire each other every month with the latest developments during internal Multiworks sessions (ask for them during your job interview!).
- Every three months we visit changemakers (virtually) about whom we want to know more. We take turns organizing these excursions, so think about where you want to take us (and get some inspiration here).
- When we are not in lockdown, we have lunch together with organic products from Marqt. And because we work next to the Ten Kate market, we also like to be surprised by what the market has in store. Hopefully, the famous mango hummus will make your heart beat faster!
- Our digital party-committee provides fun remote team outings (which we’ll resume IRL as soon as we can).
- We like to visit (digital) conferences, design festivals, type of tours and workshops to gain inspiration and to keep abreast of social developments.
