We're looking for a UX/UI designer to join Incentro’s consultancy team.

As a senior UX/UI designer, you can oversee a process, prioritize tasks and deliver breathtaking designs. Solving complex business problems with a user-centric mindset? No problem! You seize every opportunity with both hands. Creating user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototype interactions are easy-peasy for you. Together with business stakeholders and an agile development team, you create awe-inspiring designs! Sometimes you’ll work closely with data and research teams, and other times you’ll be rocking it during a design sprint.
We’ll welcome you to our growing design community, which comes together every month to share knowledge and inspiration. Besides, you can be a coach to your young, talented juniors. What more do you want?
About you
About you
With a passion for a great UI and UX, you'll go a long way with us. What else do we expect from you?
- Design-related HBO/WO diploma;
- 5 years of work experience as a web designer, in other words: you practically live in a digital environment;
- What’s life without a great user experience? You’ve got a user-centric approach;
- Excellent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills;
- Your portfolio is awe-inspiring;
- Consultancy experience.
Knowledge of - or interest in - the following technologies:
- Figma;
- Sketch;
- Invision.
What we offer you
First, we offer a competitive salary of €3,500 - €4,500 (depending on expertise). We are always open to suggestions, based on your experience and skills. So, if you have anything in mind, please let us know.
