We are recruiting for a senior brand designer who is conceptually strong but is also able to focus on and craft the smallest details. You understand and embrace the power of brands and distinctive assets and know how to translate this into design work that is bold, contemporary and meaningful. You are able to easily switch between different industries and categories (from Technology to FMCG), creating work that is appropriate for our clients’ vision. You have experience in taking creative ownership and working with internal and freelance teams. You will be working closely together with our creative director, strategy consultants and team of industrial designers and visualizers. 

About you

From your experience and personal interests, you: 
  • Are a Designer with 8+ years of experience working across a variety of categories (preferably on global brands).
  • Are a strategic thinker and creative do-er.
  • Have experience in translating storytelling into 360° brand worlds.
  • Are able to create work across the full spectrum of visual identity – from branding and visuals (including art-directing motion & illustration) to conceptual packaging and environment.
  • Understand the value of design for business and brand equity.
  • Have an excellent grasp of Adobe software, knowledge of 3D or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Can work with brand guidelines and possess a strong knowledge of design standards.
  • Have a pragmatic approach and get things done.
  • Are curious, flexible and resourceful.
  • Thrive for the best and understand “the best”, is done together
  • You always work towards an outcome, not output.
