What you can expect form the work:
  • You'll be part of our new 'partnerships team', focussed on building the best platform in the world for event organizers.
  • You'll bring product ideas to life with extensive research, mockups, flow charts and prototypes.
  • You will fully own and lead your own projects and will be responsible for taking a concept from ideation to delivery and implementation. You will manage your designs and coordinate with the whole team.
  • You will do a lot of user testing to validate your designs and ideas before and after you ship something.
  • You will work together with other designers, and are part of a cross-functional product team with engineers and a product manager.
  • You contribute to the overall design process and make sure everything is organized and streamlined.
  • Every other week we have 'Discovery Day', where everyone can work on a project they pick. It's a great way to explore new ideas or learn new things.

About you

  • You have lots of experience as product designer, with various design tools (we are using Figma) and for multiple platforms (web, Android and iOS).
  • You have a keen understanding of mobile product design specifically.
  • You are results driven and focus on business and user value.
  • You have a technical understanding and feel comfortable with working and discussing with engineers constantly. This doesn’t mean you are a developer, but it means that you understand how a technical product works.
  • You are able to find the right balance between delivering and perfecting a design.
  • You excel in a start-up environment, have a flexible mindset and love taking initiatives.
