• You live and breathe social media.
• You definitely know your way around Adobe's Creative Suite, but all you really need is a phone and a great idea.
• You're overflowing with ideas for beautiful and meaningful content and know how to sell them to your team and your clients.
• You know how to combine storytelling and creativity with a strong urgency in the execution.
• You're able to understand a client's overall strategy and translate it into your work without losing a sense of playfulness and freshness.
• You can come up with concepts for campaigns and content easily. In fact you can't really stop coming up with new ideas, even if you try.
• You're structured in your work, and don't faze easily when your team bombards you with feedback or new ideas.
• You understand that a style guide is sacred to some clients, but you're consistently able to find ways to be distinctive within the borders you're presented with.
• You're a born team player and understand that your efforts would be futile without colleagues around you creating the perfect conditions for your endeavours.
• You 'get' the digital world. You understand how the internet can help you get better, how technology is constantly developing, and you back-up your work. Sometimes.

Respsonsibilities

• Creating beautiful content for KPN, PostNL, ACM, Erasmus University and many other fine brands.
• Creating highly appealing storyboards and visual treatments
• Taking the briefings from your team next level into powerful content
• Understanding marketing strategies and using them in your process
• But also understanding when and how to deviate from them in service of the creative idea

Experience

• 10+ years on the internet
• 5+ years on social media
• 2+ years of agency experience

Minimum Requirements

• Proven social media proficiency
• Solid Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Knowledge of film equipment and affinity with videography is a plus
• Ability to communicate in fluent English or Dutch with the team
