About the job
MR MARVIS is looking for a talented and skilled Creative Designer to create and oversee all our creative output. MR MARVIS is active in many different channels (Print, OOH, TV, Web, Email Marketing, Online Advertising, Social) in various markets, which means there’s a lot of content that needs to be tailored to these channels/markets. Our ideal candidate has a broad set of skills (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and likes to work on many different creative projects. He/she takes energy from working on creative output that reaches millions of people and hundreds of thousands of customers.
You will be our first full-time creative hire and have the opportunity to manage a team in the future. Your first year will be very hands-on, meaning there’s a lot of stuff that requires your skills in production. After a few months you can hire an intern for extra support or to complement your skill set (e.g. someone specialised in digital design). On the long term we expect you to set a vision and foundation for creative output.

About you
Responsible for..
- Offline Print/OOH: Design all marketing expressions for Print and Out-of-Home (OOH) / big billboards in InDesign and ensure PDF files are conform printer/magazine requirements;
- Video editing: translate video content from various shoots into appealing videos that work for TV advertisement, online advertising on Facebook/Youtube/Instagram and our website;
- Digital design: prepare creatives and designs in collaboration with online teams (performance marketing, email marketing, website) with high performing ‘on-brand’ creatives;
- All other design related activities, like for example packaging design, designing the ‘MR MARVIS Manual’ (newspaper like insert for every order), label design for our shorts, and many more;
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various content types;
- Building a brand style guide and writing creative briefs for external creatives;
- Managing (external) creatives and ensure they produce at the standard you set.
Your experience..
- +3 years of proven experience in Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- A kick ass online portfolio
- Experience in video-editing (After Effects)
- Experience in digital design through tools like Sketch/Figma is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional language(s) is (are) a plus
