We've been creating traction through the Art of Work: a digital magazine read by companies like Netflix, Shopify and Mailchimp. We're looking for a Content Writer to join our team.

  • The Growth team is currently a small but mighty 2-person team, consisting of a Head of Growth and a Growth Marketer.
  • As well as searching for someone like you, we're also hiring a Content Lead who will be there along the way to help you do your best work.
  • You will be part of a data-driven team that relies on analytics and insights in order to make decisions and measure results. 
  • Our team uses OKRs to define our north star. Every week we sit together to look at results, check on impediments, help each other out and decide on next steps.

About you

You write and repurpose content to power growth: from lead generation to activation.

  • You atomise Art of Work and Homerun content into social media posts, articles, blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns.
  • You identify new opportunities to repurpose existing content into new content by updating and customising it to fit the goal and the medium.
  • You own a content calendar, with the help of the whole Growth team, to make sure Homerun is publishing consistently.
  • Together with the Content Lead, you make an incredible duo. You work together to define the content strategy while you're the main execution force.
  • You're available to help Homerun as a whole write better, by being the best pair of checking eyes on the team.
  • As a design first company, you can rely on astounding assets in hands for you to craft beautiful stories.

You're results-driven and passionate about explaining complex problems in a simple way.

  • Results-driven - Seeing the success of your content inspires you and shapes your next steps.
  • B2B Experience - You've seen the ins and outs of writing for lead generation and for driving awareness.
  • SEO - You have hands-on experience writing content for organic discoverability.
