You will be developing concepts, creating visuals, and pushing toward new, memorable, digital experiences for our clients.

During your day-to-day, you will work closely with a diverse team of (digital) product designers, strategists, developers, mobility experts, analysts, artists, and scientists.

From brand to concept design to DesignOPS, you will be involved in every aspect of the design process to position our clients for long-term success.

About you
A designer is, in our mind, a team player and not a prima donna. We value collaboration and we believe that working closely with your peers creates the most innovative and high-quality work. You will work closely together with an Art Director/Principal or Creative Director in small project teams to create visually striking or conceptually mesmerizing work. We are searching for somebody that is not afraid to question the status quo and can convince internal and external stakeholders about the vision of the design team. Our ideal candidate is eager to pitch but also comfortable to sprint.
Aside from that, we’re looking for someone who:
- Showcases an impressive and diverse portfolio, demonstrating a personal approach
- Thrives on creating groundbreaking work
- Pitches convincingly, but sprints just as easily
- Nerds out over typography and grids
- Stays up to date with the latest in design and branding
- Briefs, supports, and guides (junior) designers
- Thinks conceptually and presents accounting for multiple views
- Has experience with motion design, creative coding, and 3D design (all a plus)
- Has knowledge of balancing user needs, business goals, and the possibilities technologies have to offer
- Owns a copy of Grid Systems in Graphic design (or doesn’t need it)
- Lives in the Netherlands or is willing to relocate to the Netherlands
