UX/Product Designer
We are seeking a UX/Product designer who will push boundaries and make a strong impact on the quality of our work.
About the job
In the past 5-7 years you have mainly been involved in designing smart and innovative UX for digital products. Digital design is in your DNA. With your knowledge and experience in the field of UX, UX concepting and doing research you are able to reach the highest possible results.
As a UX/product designer you will work with a cross-functional team to discover, define and deliver experiences that empower the users. You will have the opportunity to impact the product and the organization in a meaningful way.
About you
We are looking for you if you...
- Are enthusiastic about UX and digital design in general
- Have a passion for problem solving and system design
- Deeply understand user needs and take the user’s perspective and explore solutions from multiple directions
- Strong conceptual skills to design for complex scenarios
- Are able to visualize concepts and ideas, and communicate them clearly
- Assist in story and requirement definition
- Collaborate with others designers across the organization
- Continuously rase the quality bar
- Continuous drive to grow and develop yourself and the team
The basics:
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience
- Operating on a level of Professional education (HBO)
- Have a strong and high quality (digital) portfolio
- Have the ability to think creatively
- Maintain the balance between strong design, innovation and business goals
- Have Figma and Adobe Creative Suite in your daily toolkit
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile methodology
- Speak native or fluently English and Dutch
- Sense of humor ;)

Bravoure is a creative digital agency situated in the center of Amsterdam. We have an open and friendly atmosphere, with a passionate team (+/- 30) of designers, developers and strategists.
For this role we are looking for someone who will exclusively work for one of our biggest clients. For this client we are creating a yet to launch online streaming platform.
We’re not the 'corporate suit wearing' kind, but we do work hard, laugh a lot, have a extensive lunches and offer social benefits (e.g. tickets to events, staff gatherings?), not to mention there is always good music around.
