The Role
Reporting into our Associate Account Director you would be part of our expanding European team in a challenging, exciting and creative environment. This role would be instrumental in helping to establish our European presence, building and strengthening client and local supplier relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with great brands on interesting projects.
The role will involve:
- Building firm relationship with external partners to bring projects to life to the highest standards
- Managing multiple outsourced projects of varying sizes
- Seeking out and managing your own client relationships, working closely with our Associate Account Director and UK based Directors and projects team to nurture them
- Main point of contact for clients, managing expectations internally and externally throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Project planning, quoting, forecasting and reporting. Ensuring your projects are delivered on time and on budget and to the highest standards.
- Project workflow from concept design, through to fabrication and installation
- Planning and executing installations across Europe
- Overseeing every detail of a project from finish to logistics - you will be the person who knows the answers, or where to find them
- Training and nurturing more junior team members
- Working with the senior team to drive the business forward and improve processes and increase project success.
About you
Who exactly are we looking for?
We’re looking for a confident, fast and highly organised Project Manager who has a hunger for facilitating the creation of inspiring industry leading work.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent leadership qualities and a hunger to deliver the best results
- Be adept at problem solving
- Be an excellent networker, adept at building new relationships
- Be a great communicator
- Have excellent written and verbal English, preferably plus an additional European language
- Be an organisational master
Ideal experience:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Seasoned industry player with varied client facing experience
- Experienced in production, working with workshops, prophouse and printers.
- Strong IT skills - in particular excel & google sheets. Synergist knowledge would be a bonus.
Location:
We currently work a hybrid model 3 days a week from our Amsterdam studio and 2 optional WFH days. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.

Salary: €47,500 - €59,750, DOE. Please state expectations on application.
