Senior Producer
We are looking for a Senior Producer with experience in large scale video and photo productions.
About the job
The responsibilities of a Senior Producer at Vlisco are to transform creative ideas for brand communication into brand campaigns and other marketing assets. These include video, print, outdoor, retail and social media. Campaign productions are managed with a combination of external resources and the internal marketing team. Budgets are defined for each campaign on an annual basis. Standards of performance are set to achieve the very best quality whether the productions are in the Netherlands or in Africa.
Key tasks
In addition to a competitive salary, a 38-hour working week, holiday allowance and an extra 13th-month salary, you will be part of the creative team within Vlisco where there is never a dull moment and a lot of opportunities to grow. Key tasks
- Be the production authority to deliver marketing assets that are true to the creative concept.
- Build the required production team from external and internal resources to produce deliverables to agreed standards.
- Seek the best value as well as innovative solutions to achieve the creative vision.
- Manage budgets, timelines and all administration around the production of the campaigns, pre and post-production.
- Search for appropriate production locations (local and global).
Requirements
- University degree or bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of in-depth experience with large scale video and photo productions.
- Experience with fashion photography and video.
- Experience in producing creative assets for different media and channels.
- Autonomous and flexible, able to work under pressure.
- Experience in working with different cultures and open to travel to Africa.
- Fluent in English.
We are looking for a portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of aesthetics, previous experience with medium to big scale fashion content and with photo and video.
