As a digital designer your job will consist of:
Creating & contributing. You can create & contribute to flows, creative concepts, wireframes/mockups, (micro) animations/ transitions & prototypes. Always through beautiful designs created in tools like Sketch / Invision.
Understanding. The development of an awesome solution is rooted in a superb understanding of the problem we aim to solve. As a designer you understand the importance of user research, GA & recording tools.
People. You work closely as a multidisciplinary team consisting of fellow designers, creative developers, strategists & scrum masters. Together with the client we always deliver a top-notch digital experience.
Project. You work throughout the project, from start to finish to ensure that design principles are maintained in UI & development.
About you
With great ambitions and a hard working mentality, you'll go a long way with us. What else do we want from you?
- At least 3+ years of experience in a digital agency or as a freelancer; Passion for creation and pushing the boundaries;
- A good understanding of visual design and technical possibilities; Strong attention to detail;
- You have a portfolio that you love to show; Understanding of human needs, business goals, and technology;
- Strong communication skills; you can include others in your vision and substantiate design choices;
- Be yourself and leave your ego at the door.
