Jungle Minds develops new, impactful business propositions by combining strategic insights with the power of making, for brands like Basic-Fit, LeasePlan, Philips, Ajax F.C, Zwitsal, The Dutch Government, BAM and more. We are constantly looking for innovations that combine business impact, user centricity, design & technology. To further strengthen our team of Visual Designers, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Visual Designer.
Who are you?
As a Junior Visual Designer you work at Jungle Minds for a diverse set of clients: from brand new startups to well-known multinationals. You put together a prototype for a fitness app in a week, work on a Design System for three months, and help bring in a large new customer with a strong pitch in two days. You can do this, because you love to discover, create and implement.
You are a patient listener, a persuasive talker, and above all a visual thinker. You translate abstract concepts into appealing designs, and complex problems into simple solutions. You are independent, but enjoy working with colleagues and customers. You bring enthusiasm, persuasiveness and inspiration, and help put Visual Design on the map for Jungle Minds.

About you
What else?
- You have a portfolio of appealing, recent work, which you can talk about with enthusiasm and conviction
- You have between 1 and 3 years of work experience at an agency or at a company that develops digital products
- You have a broad cultural interest and a natural affinity with aesthetics
- In addition to your design skills, you also take an interest in, for example, prototyping, motion design or user research.
- You speak Figma fluently
