YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will be the centre point of the technical development of a project. You will understand the needs of a client and translate that into workable tasks for designers, developers and other technical experts.

One of your main tasks is to maintain quality, efficiency and communication amongst your project team. You will be responsible for scoping tasks on a technical level, understanding the time and effort it takes to effectively realize a functionality to a high standard.

About you
WHO ARE YOU?
- 2-3 years of technical experience
- A strong understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies
- You have excellent time management skills and are able to simultaneously work on different projects
- Ability to translate a client’s needs into a robust and understandable brief for developers
- Understand the importance of sustainable and scalable functionality
- Ability to translate designs into web development briefs
- Understanding the importance of doing thorough QA sessions
- Good in articulating technical matters to non technical persons
- Able to apply feedback into practice
- Great team working skills
- Motivated to stay on top of emerging technical trends
- Previous experience in project management and/or web development.
- Have the courage to grow in your role
- Passionate about new digitalization opportunities
