About the job
- Your general focus will be on proposition development and the design of UX, ads and landing pages
- You will work in a team to help several clients make better business decisions
- You will learn how to build designs based on data
- You will analyze data coming from multiple marketing channels and sources to conclude design optimizations for clients
- You will grow our in-house toolset and knowledge base for testing and driving growth
- You will work with the full team to create, test and optimize new growth frameworks, processes and products
About you
- BSc/MSc University Degree in Graphic Design or related
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing and Graphic Design
- Hands-on experience with designing online digital assets
- Create strong visual designs based on given criteria and data
- Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided
- Conceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas
- Demonstrated ability to create effective designs
