Digital Designer
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed creative to join our team as digital designer.
About the job
As our digital designer, you’ll be working alongside our art director and content manager to create highly polished campaigns, bringing our brand and products to life. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of digital assets – varying from email newsletters and presentation materials, to designing larger digital campaigns. You will be involved in all phases from concept ideation to campaign completion and online distribution, so a broad creative skill set is required.

- Have a direct impact on how our customers experience our brand;
- Create progressive and creative concepts from ideation to final execution and distribution;
- Deliver digital content for digital campaigns, projects and other toolkits;
- Collaborate with digital creative experts, freelancers and agencies ensuring efficient delivery of digital creative deliverables;
- Review concepts, campaigns and other deliverables to drive continuous improvement. We're on a constant journey to perfection.
About you

Your skills:
- You have 1+ year of relevant work experience in digital design, in-house or for an agency, preferably retail-focused;
- You have a strong portfolio with a focus on digital design;
- You possess superior Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID) skills;
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects would be a great bonus;
- You work with an (online) omni-channel customer-centric mindset - you have good knowledge of online customer behavior;
- Understanding of HTML and web design (preferably Shopify).

- You’re as stubbornly focused on details as we are;
- You have the ability to work with multiple deadlines and create and maintain tight planning;
- You have a positive and strong personality;
- You think in terms of solutions, not in problems;
- You’ve excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal – Dutch is a great bonus;
- You’re aware of contemporary (design) culture;
- You have a strong affinity with quality products;
- You have a clear sense of social and environmental ethics;
- You must already be based in the Amsterdam area, or be able and willing to commute daily.
