D8, opgericht in 1999 en nog steeds in particulier bezit, is een multidisciplinair creatief team van 70 personen met studio's in Glasgow, Amsterdam en Hongkong. Met een uitgebreid intern aanbod op het gebied van merkidentiteit, digitaal, verpakkingen, film en beweging, en ervaringsgericht werken we samen met een diverse reeks klanten, waaronder de BBC, Spotify, Pride Amsterdam, Canal+, Penguin, Edrington, BNR Nieuwsradio, GORE-TEX, Nike, Sony, Glasgow School of Art, AIA en Iberdrola.
Over de functie
D8 heeft zijn reputatie en wereldwijde klantenbestand opgebouwd door fantastisch werk te leveren en langdurige klantrelaties te onderhouden. We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren accountmanager om zich bij ons klantenservice-team aan te sluiten en de hoogste normen van klantenservice te bieden voor klanten in de media, kunst en entertainment, voeding en drank en verschillende andere sectoren wereldwijd.
Je moet minstens 2 jaar ervaring hebben, bij voorkeur bij creatieve bureau's, Nederlands sprekend en vloeiend in Engels. Als onderdeel van een team ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt voor de klant en verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van tijdige en binnen budget uitgevoerde projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met het creatieve team en ontwikkelt klantrelaties, inclusief begrip van de markten waarin ze actief zijn. De rol omvat zowel online als offline levering, dus ervaring in beide is gewenst, maar niet absoluut noodzakelijk.

The role
D8 has built its reputation and global client-base on fantastic work and lasting client relationships. We are looking for an experienced account handler to join our client services team and deliver the highest standards of customer service for top-drawer clients across media, arts and entertainment, food and drink and various other sectors globally.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience, ideally in an agency environment, and be fluent in Dutch. Working within a team, you’ll be the primary client contact responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget, whilst working closely with the creative team and developing client relationships, including understanding of the markets in which they operate. The role covers both online and offline delivery, so experience in both would be preferred though not absolutely essential.
