Ready to inspire the world? Mapiq is looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate our brand identity into attractive visual content for our marketing activities. Your visual designs tell Mapiq's story and bring our brand alive. As a new addition to our team, you focus on the buyer experience and will design inspiring content that converts strangers into brand ambassadors.

Our mission is to help create great places to work by building a smart workplace through our platform. Mapiq’s growth and success have accelerated, delivering products that are state of the art technology, smart, social and simple to use. As a graphic designer, you're part of our marketing team and will help us develop visual components for our marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with copywriters and content marketers who will give you the input you need to visually design our content.

You're the type of designer that can transmit our values into your visual creations, always having the purpose of our content in mind. You love the challenge of working with a young brand that doesn't have the entire brand guide setup yet. You're happy to help us evolve our brand and its visual guidelines as we go. To let you thrive within our organization and give you the best of both worlds, you'll be part of the marketing team, but working closely with our design team. Together with both teams you’ll be collaborating on designing the best visual buyer experience. We’re talking about guides, whitepapers, landing pages, product sheets, onboarding materials, gifs, social media posts, and much more.

About you

Our perfect content designer has +3 years experience in translating brand values into visual outings. You have a strategic mindset and are experienced in content design in a B2B marketing setting. You know what types of content perform well and you’re ready to dive in headfirst and create inspiring content in your first week.

We are working in an industry that is going sky high, and we wouldn’t be able to keep up without the talented people we have at Mapiq. This means that although we are looking for talented people, we are not looking for copies of ourselves. We always strive to hire people that bring their own ideas, background and culture to raise the bars with us. 

What would be great?

  • If you have a proven track record in powerful content production;
  • Experience in choosing the best format for displaying content;
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills;
  • Experience in working with Figma;
  • Experience with working in different CMS systems;
  • Excellent English written skills and an incredible eye for detail;
  • Passion for creative content and the portfolio to prove that.

Here’s what you will do:

  • Bring creative concepts to life to make our brand visually more attractive;
  • Create visual content formats for our customer journey touchpoints;
  • Design content that attracts and converts leads for our marketing campaigns, think about whitepapers, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts;
  • Design content that excites our end-users to use app on a daily basis. Think about welcoming e-mails, landing pages, and how-to guides;
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to take our visual brand to the next level.
