Born in Bergen (NL), Jade van der Mark began her design career in Amsterdam after a period of 3 years at the Royal Academy of Arts and started her own label. "STATEMENT" is a brand with a strong vision to the fashion industry. Handicraft is a very important aspect of her designs, and in order to maintain the highest quality, different weave and embroidery techniques and patience are used.
The designer showed her collection in Milan during the design week in April 2016. The high quality handcrafted pieces are sold to clients from a higher segment.
