Zimmerman provides data services to global organisations operating in the humanitarian sector.
We enable organizations to make data actionable, comparable and attractive using data services and data-visualizations tooling, without vendor lock-in due to open-source technology we share with anyone to freely use.
Our journey started in 2011. The original idea did not directly involve humanitarian and development finance or aid transparency. We started as a project by two brothers who simply loved what they did: conducting business analysis and developing client-oriented solutions covering the entirety of the data lifecycle from bespoke open source data services to fit information products built on top of the data dashboards and data visualisation.
